From Connection to Execution: CETA Strengthens Its Role as a Strategic Bridge in Zeeko’s Vietnam Rollout
Recently, in Hanoi, our Irish partner Zeeko signed its second Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Vietnam through Next Gen Hub, led by SOL EDU and BrainSTEM, to advance the nationwide rollout of the Magical Leaders Programme. The ceremony, witnessed by H.E. the Ambassador of Ireland to Vietnam, marked more than a formal agreement. It marked execution readiness.
This collaboration was strategically facilitated by CETA Consulting, reinforcing its role as a bridge between Ireland and Vietnam.

Magical Leaders: A Structured Rollout, Not a Symbolic Initiative
Magical Leaders is a youth leadership and digital citizenship programme focused on 21st-century skills development.
The Vietnam rollout is designed to:
- Provide structured training in critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy
- Engage schools through established local implementation partners
- Reach thousands of students through phased national expansion
- Build a scalable model with long-term sustainability
Outstanding participants will have the opportunity to advance to an international round, engaging with peers beyond Vietnam and gaining cross-cultural exposure. Selected students may also participate in a structured leadership learning camp in Ireland — deepening global awareness, collaborative skills, and future-readiness.
This international pathway positions Magical Leaders not merely as a domestic programme, but as a structured bridge connecting Vietnamese youth with global learning ecosystems.

Looking Ahead
The Magical Leaders Programme represents a concrete advancement in Ireland–Vietnam education cooperation with a structured pathway toward scalable national impact.
The initial nationwide cycle is designed to:
- Activate a growing network of schools across key provinces
- Reach a significant first cohort of students through structured training and competition milestones
- Establish a recurring national platform with annual expansion capacity
- Create an international exposure pathway, including Ireland-based leadership learning opportunities
Built with scalability at its core, the model is structured for progressive multi-year expansion, increasing student participation year-on-year while maintaining quality, governance, and measurable learning outcomes.
